Remember the travel blog?
Well, here we go again! We're Texas-bound this time. We hit the road in the AM.
Right now it's about 9:30 pm Friday. Bags are packed and the dogs & cats snoozing on the floor & couches. I'm gonna miss them like crazy! 3 weeks on the road! Lots of pix to follow!
I hope to keep up with this blogging thing!
I mainly do this blog as a journal for me.....I love looking back at where we've been and what we've done. I really hope you enjoy reading it, too! That would be a bonus!
Anyhow...
I'm thinking the first few days of our trip and the return home will be some cold riding! I'm thankful my pal Greg let me borrow his leather crash-bar covers to help keep the cold air at bay! Full-face helmets, chaps, lots of layers....I'll be good to go!
San Antonio, Hill Country, and New Orleans will probably be hotter than balls! I'll take Texas in late September over July any day, though! Hahahaaaa!
